We’re constantly on the lookout for any suspicious activity or spending on your card. If we see questionable activity, we may notify you via text, email or phone call to validate the purchase. We will NEVER ask you for your card number or PIN number.

Misplace your card? Card Lock allows you to block new authorizations on your debit card and/or credit card, until you need to report the card as Lost/Stolen. When you report a card as Lost/Stolen, we will issue you a new card and number. If you are using Card Lock and find your card, you can unlock and use again!
How to Lock your Card
Simply log into Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App. Under Card Management, select Card Lock. Toggle the switch “off” to lock your card and block new transactions. Found your card? Unlock by toggling the switch “on” to allow all transactions.

Chip Cards Are Easy to Use
Your Central Bank Mastercard has chip and magnetic stripe technology. That means, regardless of what type of terminal a merchant has, you’ll be able to use your card anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
At retailers with chip-enabled terminals.
Insert your card and follow the prompts on the terminal.
At retailers without chip terminals.
Swipe your card and proceed as you normally would.
Over the phone or online.
Provide your card information the way you always have when you’re ready to make a purchase.
