Steve Gassel

As our Senior Relationship Manager, Steve offers high-income and high-net-worth clients a catered, proactive approach to accessing personal and commercial products and services. With over 39 years of experience in the banking industry, including 24 years of emphasis on wealth management, Steve understands the unique needs of successful individuals and their business interests. He acts as a trusted advisor by customizing Central Bank’s products and services along with his knowledge of estate and tax planning around each client’s needs.

Gassel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, with an emphasis in banking, from Missouri State University. He is also active in the Springfield Community, currently serving as a Board Member of the following organizations: Mercy Health Foundation, Ozark Trails Council Boy Scouts of America, and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks Scholarship Committee. Steve has been recognized with several awards including the Springfield Business Journal’s 40 under 40, Leadership Springfield’s Kenworthy Award and the Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver and Bronze Pelican.
