What if my card is lost or stolen?

Call us as soon as you realize your card is lost or stolen.  We will put an immediate restriction on the card so it can't be used. Lost or Stolen Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We will send you a new card in the mail and you should receive it within 10 business days. Alternatively, Debit Cards are available at many instant issue locations in branch. Commercial MULTI cardholders can also contact their company’s card administrator for a new card.

Let us know when you are traveling by adding a Travel Notification to your debit card. This is our simple way of flagging your card to make sure you have access to your money while away.

Points have no expiration as long as the card is active and completes purchases on an annual basis.
