We’re finally done moving boxes. Buying our first home has been exciting and a little scary. There is so much we didn’t know and we couldn’t have done it alone.

We had no idea what was involved in buying a home. From property taxes to insurance there really is a lot to consider.

Getting pre-qualified helped us determine where to start. It’s easy to fall in love with a house that is outside of your budget so it’s good to know what you can afford before you start looking.

Once we found “the one” we got approved and made an offer. We chose the loan that made sense for us. Our monthly payment is affordable and our loan is secure.

This is the largest purchase we’ve ever made. We’re proud to be home owners and we’ll never forget that moment we put the key in the door.

We don’t just have a place to live, we have a home and there really is no place like it.
