Jefferson Crew, MPS, CRCM

Jefferson has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and banking. During his career, he has built a strong reputation for talent management, P&L management, strategic problem solving, technology and risk management, particularly with HNW and Affluent customer segments.

Jefferson is the Head of Private Banking and a member of the Executive Committee for Central Trust. He is responsible for leading all private banking teams across our 13 markets focused on providing lending, deposit, and planning services to our High Net Worth and Affluent customers, including Home Loans, Personal Loans and Lines, Credit Cards, and Securities-based Lending.

Prior to joining Central Bank / Central Trust in 2024, Jefferson worked for 11 years in a number of senior roles, most recently as Executive Director for Affluent strategy, helping build an Affluent customer offering. He spent five years leading a private bank accountable to four Senior Managing Directors for market revenue, operating model re-design, product development, and marketing. Prior to that, Jefferson was a Strategy Manager with a major home improvement company and an Engagement Manager with a global consulting firm.

Interests and Activities

Passionate about community engagement, Jefferson is an active member of In2Action Rotary, previously served on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Columbia and supports Columbia Independent School (CIS). A devoted dog lover, he enjoys running, golf, bass fishing, reading, wine, and playing chess. As a sports enthusiast, he avidly supports the Kansas City Chiefs and Mizzou football teams. He also attends church at The Crossing. He lives in Columbia with his wife, Cassidy and their daughter, Savannah.
