David Kemna

Dave joined the Government Division in June of 2022 after serving in the Retail Division of Central Bank since 2013.

Dave’s experience includes Customer Relations, Business Development, Assistant Branch Manager, and Product Knowledge. He helped oversee the day-to-day operations of the Main Bank lobby prior to joining the Government Division. Dave earned a bachelor’s degree in History while minoring in Education from Lincoln University.

Dave was elected to serve as a City Councilman for the City of Jefferson in April of 2017. During this tenure he has served on the Finance Committee, Administration Committee, Public Safety Committee, Public Works and Planning Committee in which he has served as Vice Chair, Parks Commission, USS Jefferson City Committee and served as Mayor Pro tempore for the City of Jefferson in 2021-2022.

Dave is a member of Helias Catholic High School’s football staff as the head coach of their 8^th grade P.A.L program. He has served with several local organizations that include the United Way of Central Missouri, Boys and Girls Cub, The Special Learning Center, Prenger Family Center, and Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce.
