This means you can now close your residential mortgage loan completely from the comfort of your home, including necessary notarized documents (i.e., Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed, etc.) via our Remote Online Notary (RON) portal.

Forget about the old way—no more traveling to sign papers and then rushing back. No need to waste time planning or spending money on fuel. With our 100% digital closing, you stay at home, preview documents, sign digitally, and our remote notary guide helps with the notary part.

Worried about others missing the experience? Don't be! Lender, realtor, family—everyone can join through the video portal. It's your chance to cover last-minute topics or share congrats during your closing. One of the other advantages of a full RON experience is the added flexibility of not having to require both borrower(s) to be in the same location at the same time.
