I worked as a Teller for a year at Central Bank in college and loved my experience! I left Central Bank for another opportunity, but knew I wanted to come back in the future. After graduating from the University of Missouri and gaining 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, I am extremely happy to be back at Central Bank!
I enjoy getting to be part of the hiring process and continue to grow the culture of the bank. From the interactions at career fairs, to interviewing applicates, and the onboarding process of a new employee, each step is so important, and we truly value the experience for everyone involved.
