Beginning her career with Central Bank in 2021, Blair is responsible for facilitating custom solutions for agricultural and commercial clients in the Webster County area. She has also acquired over a decade of Agricultural/Lending experience and enjoys being able to build long-term relationships with her clients to help them grow their business successfully.

Blair is involved in the Marshfield Saddle Club, the Marshfield Area Community Foundation and serves as a board member for the Webster County Fair. When she is not assisting clients, she enjoys attending rodeos, spending time with her family, riding horses, and learning new skills.
