Ashley Roy

Ashley is extremely passionate about helping you achieve home ownership. Her goal is to always deliver great communication and build a good relationship with all of her clients, so you feel like you have a trusted friend working on your behalf. She works to keep herself up to date with the constant changes in the industry and has experience in a wide variety of financing including Conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo financing. She loves the knowledge, skills, and experience to guide and educate all of her clients during their home buying process.

Ashley is proud to be the fifth generation of real estate brokers and mortgage originators within her family. She has over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry and also maintains her real estate broker’s license in California. Ashley started her career as a mortgage and real estate broker, spent time as a loan originator for a large bank, and is now originating as a direct lender. Ashley’s experience in all of these areas of the industry helps give her the tools to educate and guide her clients to make the best decisions during their home buying process.
