About Me

While general HR practices have always been interesting to me, recruitment is what I am most passionate about. I love connecting with candidates. There is nothing better than knowing that you have made an impact on an individual career by helping connect them with the right job and the right organization. I enjoy being a part of the process to help new and current employees grow and feel like valued members of the organization. I also love getting out into the community and promoting Central Bank. There is hardly a community event that is not sponsored or attended by a Central Bank. Central Bank takes being a community bank to the next level, which is one of my favorite things about the organization.

I attended Southwest Baptist University and received my bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics and Business Management, and my master’s degree in Business Administration. Before joining Central Bank, I worked in both the private and public sectors within Human Resources. I have always wanted to combine my interest in finance with my desire to help people. Here at Central Bank, I get to do just that. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, kayaking, boating, golfing, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
